We do not hire outside experts to do this work. We teach talented state staff and put them to work.
We use proven digital service, product driven, agile, lean, design thinking and human centered design techniques - honed in the private sector and customized for the government workforce - to deliver products and solutions that solve problems.
Our focus is on tightly defining problems, then prototyping, testing and iterating on the best solutions.
