Joining one of the CHHS Governance Sub-Committees on Innovation (Link to Governance Intranet Page)
Joining a OI Subcommittee Community of Practice
Attending an OI training (link to OI training page)
Identifying potential challenges within your department that may be submitted to OI as project proposals
Being a champion for the OI on an engagement
Adopting the principles in the OI playbook and applying them to your everyday work (link to principles)
